Thanks for the heads up on IE and the fast reply though. I installed the latest flash for IE and made it also the default web browser, and i re-installed GetFLV after that but i still have the same problem.
Im actually not after any Hulu videos, but i hope you can help me anyway, im experiencing a similiar problem on some other sites.. take tsn.ca for example. Here you have 2 screencaps.

First one is just when i start up GetFLV, this pop-up shows up.

Second one is when im browsing the tsn.ca site, it shows just a black box instead of the actual video. (you see the video list on the right)
When im just surfing with my original browser those videos shows up for me but not in the browser on GetFLV.

I have no idea what to do.

Only cracked version will show above error message if you have installed latest Flash player and GetFLV. Or it is maybe a new bug.

I don't have the cracked version, i only have the version that is feautured on the main site (not the full program) only the "demo" of it. But i wanted to test it out (if it worked properly) before i bought it.
Because i don't want to spend 60$ on something that doesn't work.

And im especially interested in getting videos from that site i showed you in my earlier post (tsn.ca)

If you have any other suggestions of programs, please share (already tried with StreamTransport, Internet Download Manager, Replay Media Catcher, WM Recorder etc. and none of them grabs the files.), But the best thing would be if you knew a solution to my problem with GFLV.

Im not even gonna hesitate to buy the full version of GFLV if i know that the program will work properly.


Also, big thanks for taking your time. (sorry that my english isn't that good, im from Sweden but i'll hope you understand anyway.)

Try installing the latest stable version of Flash. Then run GetFLV and see if that message pops up.

Tried that some minutes ago with several 'older' versions of Flash, didn't work. Got the same pop-up every time.

Please download and install latest GetFLV 9.0.4.2 from our website and check your problem again.

I unistalled the previous version, and installed the new one.. still doesn't work, the pop-up doesn't show up though which is good i guess.

But i think the problem is with my computer actually. The first time i installed GetFLV it worked. I could watch and download the clips from the site i posted earlier (tsn.ca.) I believe the version i used then was 4.0.3.9 (This was like 4 days ago) - I thought the program was great.. the next day i was planning on buying the full version of it, so i could get the full lenght videos. but when i started the program that day that pop-up came up, didn't read much into it at the time so i opened up tsn.ca, but there it was, the black box (window showing the clips).

The problem is the same with StreamTransport (which uses a similiar interference as GFLV, but isn't nearly as good) I could play the files before but not download them, but "something" happened along the way, now I can't even watch the clips, it's just shows that black box.

I also tried a system restore without any luck. Also, the funny thing is that i can watch the clips in IE and FF without any problems at all, but not in the actual program (GetFLV).

Yeah, i know it works.. because i had no problems with it myself when i first installed the program (which i also tried to explain in the post above, and below)

But when i opened up the program for the 2nd time it stopped working for some reason.

Is there any files from GetFLV that is not deleted when you unistall the program, maybe some files in the registry?
