Agreed. Hulu crashes every time I start a capture. Started a couple of weeks ago, about 9.0.4.6.

Using Flash 10,3,183,10.

this is my experience lately:

image 1 - flash type in GFLV
image 2 - video & links show up fine
image 3 - the problem

GetFLV plays all videos fine, shows all available links like normal, but GetFLV "has a problem and needs to close" immediately after attempting to download most files (HULU, MTV, CBS all fail; YouTube is OK). GetFLV stays open as long as you dont click the "Send Error Report/Dont Send" buttons, AND still plays video perfectly fine (which makes me assume the problem is not my Flash version), but the attempted download never starts and doesnt recognize the full filesize.

NOTE: updated flash to 10.3.183 but GetFLV isnt recognizing it yet. may have to restart computer. either way, the guy above me is using this new version and having the same problem, so apparently im not the only one.

thanks for any help in advance. up until now, this program has been completely worth it, and i hope it will continue to be.

Please install latest flash player (10.3.183.10) for IE and check your problem again.

interesting. problems with Chrome & Firefox as GetFLV browser, but downloads with IE as default browser work fine!

so.. problem solved! though it would be great to be able to select your browser of choice on future versions of GFLV (or any working browser, in my case). its a small hassle to have to switch default browsers back and forth, but it could be a lot worse.

Rookie mistake... I was using the latest version of Flash, but only on Firefox.

I updated Flash for IE, and went back to the GetFLV website to get the latest version but all the links there point to 9.0.4.6, not the latest version!

i`ve troubles with streams containing ad , eg.
rtmpe://pssimsat1fs.fplive.net:1935/pssimsat1ls/geo_worldwide

the download stops also when all ad is played and i move almost the the end of the stream
any ideas, suggestions?
pause,resume, starting getflv new doesnt work
