I think you have other issues then, i can launch the 2.2 ipa from this thread fine and have no issues with decryption.

Is it possible that 2.2 won't launch because my iPad is first gen on IOS 5.1.1? It is jailbroken and I have appsync unified. It installs fine. It just won't launch.

Im trying it with my iphone 4 and i only get 512x384 , on an ipad 2 could i get the 720x480 resolution?
