StreamingStar support doesn't answer! Do not buy HiDownload,BitRecorder,URLHelper,...

StreamingStar support has stopped answering onto questions by e-mail long ago. Do not buy any products from them unless you do not need any support. They used to answer in this forum as well, but now they don't.

Some programs from StreamingStar :
- HiDownload
- BitRecorder
- FLV Recorder
- MovRecorder
- URL Helper

If you have other experience and/or know how to contact their support, please let me know.

They seem to have stopped supporting users several years ago. At least when I tried to write to them using several e-mails, I didn't receive any replies.

It is really bad when programs are not supported. I'm thinking about removing Streaming Star software from all-streaming-media.com unless they renew customer support.

My OS crashed and I re-installed it from scratch. But now my FLV Recorder doesn't work. How can I contact them? I tried to send e-mails to different addresses, but haven't received any replies! Help me!
