StreamingStar support doesn't answer! Do not buy HiDownload,BitRecorder,URLHelper,...StreamingStar support has stopped answering onto questions by e-mail long ago. Do not buy any products from them unless you do not need any support. They used to answer in this forum as well, but now they don't.

It is really bad when programs are not supported. I'm thinking about removing Streaming Star software from all-streaming-media.com unless they renew customer support. |
