Recording music videos from mnet.com (p3mxv:// .wmv)

hi i got this video that i want to download.

it seems similar to love4life's thing but the wget doesn't work

to make it simple the link to the video is this

from that i got p3mxv://210.122.109.169/VOD0/9000/9735.wmv

as i said earlier wget doesn't work for this one.

is there any way to get the video?

I've found the following URL:

p3mxv://210.122.109.169/VOD0/9000/9735.wmv

and changed "p3mxv://" to "http://"

But when I tried to download from the latter URL, I got 404 Not Found error.

The problem is that I couldn't play the stream in the web-player as well. I duno why 'coz Korean or whatever language is used on the web-site.

it's supposed to usually just play but if it doesn't wait for a while and then move the slider all the way to the beginning then it should play normally.

But I don't really know how to merge all these chunks together to a playable file.

screen video capture program must be the only choice here.

actually those requests will help alot what program did you use to get that in a list like that?

I use freeware URL Snooper to find stream URLs. There are many other URL Finders, Packet Sniffers, URL Snoopers .

hmm that's wierd how'd you get it to filter only the "file service" to come up?
i see certain GET requests and at the bottom i see the number of packets going in and out increasing but not on the list. it only show some of it.
