Recording flash rtmp:// streams from Adobe Flash Player at learncapoeira.com

I've tried all sorts to download the videos from
Code:
www.learncapoeira.com
It just won't work! I've tried Replay Media Catcher, Orbit Downloader, FLV Recorder, WM Recorder, I've messed around with Wireshark and HTTP Debugger Pro.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

lembug - RMC v3.0 captures these files quite easily.

Thank you kat, indeed it does, I tried myself using Replay Media Catcher and had no problem at all. :-)

Nope, it doesn't do anything at all. I doesn't seem to register that any videos are playing on any website.

And tips? Otherwise I'll give up and use a screen grab program or something.

Re: How to capture adobe flash player 9 movies

Sorry for the triple post, but I've got Replay Media Catcher 3.0.1 I think? I've managed to get it to download youtube videos, but it still dosn't detect the learncapoeira.com videos.

My friend tells me it's impossible to save these videos as they're delivered by AJAX - does anyone know any more?

Thanks=)

Looks like it requires a user name and password to log in, so i'm not able to test it myself. However, if your friend is right, you best bet might be a Screen Capture program.

Re: How to capture adobe flash player 9 movies

Any particular screen capture program? I tried a CamStudio, but it didn't seem to have a suitable audio feature and so I ended up with very poor quality sound!

I'm trying Bit Recorder now, it seems to be downloading the video - 37.6mb done and the video has finished streaming but bitrecorder hasn't saved the file or anything... it says that the received size, total size are both the same and the percentage received is 100%, but it said this all the way through (the total size kept increasing).

Hmm...

EDIT: Ok, so it "finished" and saved an 11kb .flv file that, of course, contained no data =\ I got an email from Replay Media Catcher (RMC) support (Tasha) and she said RMC worked for her. I wonder what I'm doing wrong :P

Ah well. Screen grabbing it is, I guess!

I'm not sure whether Bit Recorder has a recording engine that is different from the one of FLV Recorder, but I haven't noticed that its interface is easier. Besides it crashed when I tried to record from learncapoeira.com
