How can I record a video file that plays on macromedia?? For eg., how can I record the following video??

Please read the following FAQ (the only difference is that .SWF file extension is used here instead of .FLV in the FAQ):

I'm not sure what It means here. Anyway, there is a thread dedicated to we7:
We7.com - no program works, can't download tracks
