How can I record a video file that plays on macromedia?? For eg., how can I record the following video??

Recording macromedia flash .SWF streaming video (HTTP protocol)


 
Please read the following FAQ (the only difference is that .SWF file extension is used here instead of .FLV in the FAQ):
