Just voot.com changed video source.
Edit the vootffmpeg.php file:
replace this line ''video.voot.com'
to 'vootvideo.akamaized.net'

Need a little help please

I'm trying to download this video from voot using the Voot Live Streamer provided by Biezom

When I press enter it goes directly in to asking me for the bitrate. Usually a list would pop up giving me the different bitrate sizes...but for some reason it didn't do that with this link. When I typed in a random bitrate it gives me the below .m3u8 link

How do I get the right bitrate for : https://www.voot.com/shows/kaisi-yeh...urprise/365851 and/or the right .m3u8 link??

I use vpn one click to get access to Voot.com
However it is a VPN that you have to pay for, which is pretty cheap fo me as I am in the UK. Costs me approx. ?15 for the year. You can even get a month's subscription for $2.00.

Hello everybody, I've been looking for a way to download content from voot and finally found it here so I thank you all to lead me here & specially "Biezom" the one who made it happen

I have gone thro all the pages and read all the posts and it worked properly using vootffmpeg but lately a slight problem occurred , suddenly the downloading has stopped in the middle of it , yeah it stops at 50 MB sometimes at 160 MB but never completes the downloading

I would like to have some help here if someone has faced this kind of a problem before and gotten thro it, thanks to all again


P.S #1 I tried using vootffmpeg from a different device & it worked just fine

P.S #2 This kind of a problem started when I downloaded 20 files at once before (maybe it got crashed or something) but I downloaded it again but same problem happened

Hi there, Can't help you much with voot live streamer but would like to share a way to download content from voot ( a bit complicated one actually)

** The method works easily with android phones by downloading two apps (videoder ---> in playstore or otherwise find an APK online) & (any VPN app that can let you connect to an Indian server)
1- Open the VPN first and try to connect to Indian server.
2- Go to the preferred link in voot and copy-paste it in videoder app.
3- Wait for the links to be generated with different qualities then select the preferred one and download.


The same method could be done on PC or laptop too but you have to create a platform for android apps (better have BlueStacks program)
1- Download BlueStacks and install it and log on to it. (create a user if you don't have one already)
2- Download the APK file of Videoder app online.
3- You need to have a VPN software to connect the Indian server.
4- Open the APK file via BlueStacks by selecting the APK icon.
5- Repeat steps 2&3 from the 1st method above.
