I couldn't even download the program (called Action!).
After downloading, and running the setup, I opened up the program and got an error message that says ....

"the ordinal 380 could not be located in the dynamic link library COMCTL32.dll"

This error shows cause Action! is available only for Windows Vista and Windows 7, and you probably have installed it on Windows XP.

If you have the possibility to install Action on WinVista or Win7 try it. There is nice feature - Video perfect match. Perfect Video Match mode is dedicated to record web videos or videos from various media players and it provides a perfect match of recorded framerate with source video framerate.

Recorded video or audio is in perfect quality.
