She has already told you previously that her sister runs a proxy forum site, so even if you ban her (name, IP address, email address or all of these) she'll simply come back to share her opinions and assistance anyway.

People like you need to be aware of just how little power and authority you actually have in these situations.

Katmando did not "insult" whomever posted (anonymously) that "dumb ass question", the person who posted it insulted and disrespected the sponsors of this site. Questions of this type should not be allowed here, nor should the people who post them. Your reprimand should have been directed at that jerk rather than Kat.

Most of the questions in these forums are from newbies. Their problems can be solved easily, but for whatever reason they come and ask these simple things. Why? You are smart, you know the answer. And moderators of this forum never say "Dumb ass, use search!", "You, idiot, read the FAQ!" This is supposed to be a friendly community where nobody is disrespected (except for some spammers ).
