Hi Dirk,

I tried this too and was not able to record it with quite a few different programs. it looks like it's possibly Adobe's new FLV server. Anytime you see the zero capture, or a capture of 64kb or less... assume it's their new server.

I spoke with the developer of Replay Media Catcher via a ticket last week, and he advised me that they're working on it, but don't have an eta quite yet.

For the time being, the best thing would probably be a screen capture program, those can be read about/downloaded from here: Screen Capture Software.

Hope this helps. :-)

I can't record anything from CBS.com. Please help.
I use cracked version of Replay Media Catcher. Is it the reason why it is not working?

I have always questioned your intelligence, but with this declaration on a site sponsored by the makers of RMC there is no further question.

If you were going to ask this question of someone here, you certainly shouldn't do it in public. Wise up!

I have no problem capturing CBS videos with Replay Media Catcher (RMC) v3.1.

Just wanted to make sure that you know that when check "Make Post Anonymously" the post goes under "Anonymous Stream Ripper". So it is not a single user. It is everyone who prefers to stay anonymous when asking his/her question or answering onto something.

Re: Can't record CBS.com streaming with Replay Media Catcher

Sorry admin but whatever point you have attempted to make doesn't make any sense to me.

I clearly pointed my remarks to Anonymous Stream Ripper and since I could read his comments and dumbass question in public so could everyone. Sometimes a person, who shows a lack of intelligence, needs to be insulted.

Are you by chance saying that Anonymous Stream Ripper is the ridiculous handle assigned to anyone wishing to make their post anonymously? If so, please select a more appropriate name to use for this purpose and/or clearly state in BIG RED LETTERS somewhere that Anonymous Stream Ripper is anyone wishing to be anonymous.

It's a ridiculous name because more times than not the person using it is NOT a Stream Ripper at all.

I've renamed "Anonymous Stream Ripper" to "any ANONYMOUS forum user". Hope now it is clear enough.

I bet more than 50% of forum users haven't noticed an ad that this forum is sponsored by Replay Media Catcher.

Anyway no matter how dumb the question is I would prefer you to be polite with everyone here. This is supposed to be a friendly community. Some people are complete newbies, some of them are pretty old, but no matter how dumb their posts to you, please do not insult them.

Katmando,

Easy please, I've given you a polite suggestion once before to not insult our forum users. Please keep that in mind, and please do NOT insult our forum users...no matter how much greater than them you are. :-P

Thank you.

Stream Ripper (one who rips streams) :-D
