How can I record Q-Dance Radio?

Hello,

I like listening to this radio station online, called q-dance radio.

You can download a pls file from www.q-dance.nl , but sometimes there is a good song on it, and I'd like to record it, is this possible?

the content in the pls file says:

Any program I could use to record this?
