How can I record Q-Dance Radio?

Hello,

I like listening to this radio station online, called q-dance radio.

You can download a pls file from www.q-dance.nl , but sometimes there is a good song on it, and I'd like to record it, is this possible?

the content in the pls file says:
[playlist]
NumberOfEntries=1
File1=http://stream01.platform02.true.nl:8000/qdance-hard
Title1=Q-Dance Radio HardStream High Quality

Any program I could use to record this?

It is an Icecast MP3 stream. There are lots of Shoutcast/Icecast stream rippers.
