"Awaiting connection" problem when recording from BBC radio 4 with WM Recorder

Seems like we´ll have to stay satisfied with the audio recordings.

You can always use WM Capture to record videos from screen. If you have a stable Internet connection, there shouldn't be any problems.

That is very true and use it frequently when time is not an option, but having enjoyed the WM capability, which is second to none, in recording in less than the programme time, every thing else dissappoints.
Having said all that, only yesterday I was again able to record video from the BBC iplayer. Its hit and miss as to when I am able to record right through to the end of the stream but when it does its very satisfying.

I've seen this with other software as well. BBC TV is not available outside the U.K., so I can't test it.
