Re: YouTube/VEVO troubleYouTube is converting to adaptive streaming. The new links are contained in the page source, as are the old format links. But both require some massaging to work correctly. Unfortunately the old links that have been converted now give a 403, and I have not figured out the changes required to make the adaptive links work. Can anyone help solve this puzzle?

Re: YouTube/VEVO troubleI think the new format is something called "Ajax". youtube is in the process of making this the default. If you go over to the Greasemonkey/Tampermonkey "userscript" site, you can see a few ongoing discussions on working around it. Maybe you could help troubleshoot some of the issues?
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/25105 The above script does/did work for Firefox and Chrome. |
