Unlike other stream recorders using Windows Media SDK in some way or another WM Recorder can record DRM protected Windows Media streams in the PRO or ADA mode.

To remove DRM protection from Windows Media video files you may use DRM removal software like freeware FairUse4WM or shareware Tunebite. You can also use any screen video capture program.
