Freecorder 4 is a freeware video downloader that work fine with HTTP flash video streams.

I prefer to use Replay Media Catcher 4. It downloads videos from TvitVid.com much faster! And I can convert downloaded videos to iPhone and iPad automatically.

To download video from a sites like twitvid use Flash stream recorders like freeware Fast Video Download

Or you can use takeyoutube.com. Just copy-paste a link and download videos without installing any sofware!
