www.thedailyshow.com: RTMPEdump to download mp4 file on Ubuntu Linux

I'm running Linux and i need help using rtmpdump to downoad this file

I got that link from this URL

I followed some instructions to get the URL on a windows machine using URL snooper.

I followed this instructions

But those instructions don't help with mp4 files. hitting CTRL U on Firefox from the original URL does not show any rtmpe files. I had to use URL Snooper on a different machine.

Now that i have the rtmpe files that i want i just need help on linux on how to download them.
