You can even download the video with your browser or copy it from its cache. If you find stream URL, stop playing the stream (or better close the browser /browser tab) and download. You can use Replay Media Catcher, for example. Alternatively you can use software that allows to capture packet from adobe flash player, for example: Video History Tool of Jaksta Free Media Recorder or Web Stream Dumper of Replay Media Catcher.
