www.netflix.com:How to record or capture Netflix live Silverlight video streams?

Does anyone know how to record or capture Netflix live video streams? Is there a way to convert Netflix movies to MP4, 3GP, iPhone? Do I need to use a special Netflix Video Stream Recorder or can I use any usual downloading tool? Any help on how to record Netflix movies appreciated..

Is it possible to record streaming Neflix movies to the hard drive as an mpg file?
