I cannot record streaming in this url. http://www.mcot.net/HipTV

I use StreamTransport to record this.

But it error.

It is an RTMP stream. I was able to capture it with Replay Media Catcher 4 in the RTMP recording mode (To change the mode go to Tools -> Settings -> RTMP Download Tweaks).

You can also try to capture RTMP stream with freeware CooJah, Orbit Grab Pro. If you use Linux, try rtmpsuck.

Guess TuneBite Platinum can also capture rtmp streams from various sources, if that's of any help as well.
