www.kristinholt.net: How do you record sound from a web page?

Can someone give step by step directions for recording music off the internet with the any program?

The song I want is at

Song is at the bottom of the page. You hit a little green arrow to play it.

I heard this program can do it....I just don't know how.

If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
