Are there any MAC products / methods to capture video from:

I frequently receive greeting cards from the above site & would like to keep them, just as you would keep a printed card.

I've tried to download one of the SWF files from the web-site, but wasn't able to play it offline. Screen video capture software is probably the only way to save such greeting cards.
