Wondering about a Mac stream recorder?

I'm not all too proficient with extracting from the source, to be honest. And I've yet to find a free program that works with Mac as I've not had extra money to spend on these things in a long time. But there is a video from pornhub I would like to download and I'm not sure how to go about that.

and I was wondering if someone could point me to a program that would allow me to download these videos or if someone could help convert/convert it to a download for me.

Help would really be appreciated as I have not yet found something compatible with my computer or easy enough to understand.

If you're using Firefox install this addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...ownloadhelper/

Then right click on the page and go Download Helper -> Media -> choose the media file you want (in your case: 3098763.flv) -> Download
