I've got some files i'm looking at on a case that have a regular name,

such as, joeybirthday.avi.mpg

what is that about? anyone know?

is this an avi that has been converted to mpg? i've tried to carve out based on the file signatures of both formats with no luck.

any help would be appreciated.
