Why does Adownloder shows "WinBinder-PHP Problem with server" during eveningsin India

I use Adownloader to download http://www.hotstar.com/ Videos. Adownloder works fine during morning to evenings but freezes and shows "WinBinder-PHP Problem with server" during evenings in India. I am getting error during evenings from past three days. But it works fine during morning and day time.

I uninstalled and installed it twice but evenings i get the same problem. @denobis, please fix this problem. I allowed app through firewall and Windows defender. I use Windows 10 latest build.

It doesn't work during 7 AM to & PM in EST (New York) (roughly). Today it froze exactly and this error propped up around 6PM in India (7AM in Newyork).

Uninstalled and installed Adownloader from Mediafire multiple times. Now Adownloader works fine and it freezes only for few seconds after pasting URL. Thank you @denobis for this software.
