Webpage for licence acquisition does not openHi,
I 'd like to remove a DRM protection from a video with FairUse4Wm. I have a valid licence but the problem is that when i open the vid, the page for the licence aquisition does not open. This is due to a problem with this vid, said me the owner of the website from where i downloaded the video. my question is : is there any way to read the vid or remove this DRM protection in this particular case ? |

Re: Webpage for licence acquisition does not openMake sure you have individualization your system. Visit the following URL with the Internet Explorer to automatically individualize your system:
services.wmdrm.windowsmedia.com/indivSite/en/indivit.asp Also make sure your firewall (if you have) allows you to acquire licenses. |

Re: Webpage for licence acquisition does not openwell, i did the individualization procedure but it's the same problem.
There seem to be a problem with this particular video for the licence activation . My firewall is good set up because i already could enter licence before. So, without entering the licence, it's not possible to watch the vid ? |

Re: Webpage for licence acquisition does not openI only can suggest to turn off your firewall temporarily.
Do you open your videos with Windows Media Player? Your system is individualized so I don't really see any other problem. The owner of the video should provide more help. Otherwise get a refund. |

Re: Webpage for licence acquisition does not openYes .. i open video with Windows media player.
But the problem comes from the video owner that confess too that there is a problem with this vid. I was thinking that there was a way to watch a DRM vid without licence... but it seems that not |

Re: Webpage for licence acquisition does not openThere is a way. You can request SID from the owner.
With SID in the hex format you can even watch your Windows Media .WMV videos and listen to Windows Media .WMA on Linux |
