web recording software that will record two tracks simultaneously

i am looking for a web recording software that will record two tracks simultaneously (i.e. voice track over music track) into one track, directly from a website. Do you have something that will work or a recommendation?

I think you can do it using Flash. I'm not sure whether you find a ready component for your web-site or not.

But you can always hire an experienced programmer on a freelance project marketplace. Make sure you choose a programmer that is capable to do the job and do it on time (resume and customer feedack can will help you).
