watch ustream inside a video player

i've been trying to figure out how to watch ustream live inside ANY video player without having to watch it on the page

those are some 24 hour pages that are pretty reliable to use as tests at any given time but if they're offline any long running streaming until indefinitely is fine

also don't want to use the method of downloading/recording them and watching them in a player since the stream catches up to where the live stream is before its downloaded and ends so you have to keep playing it and getting it to where it was over and over and you have to delete the large file every time your done which is impracticle and tedious.

a few reliable "24" hour streams that are online more than they're offline to test with from any given stream would be nice to test with as well since pretty much all the streams in all tutorials are offline and are offline making even the simplest of test plays impossible.

i'm hoping i can get a command line code for RTMPdump that has been tested and working now that can get past that handshake thing and have a code that can be used with any stream to solve any problem. thank you.
