I am trying to watch this video

Unfortunately, proxies will not allow me to watch it as the issue here is that it is the Flash Player settings that causes me not to be able to watch it, rather than HTTP. Any ideas?

I came across a promising program called rtmp2rtmpt, though it appears that only works in Linux, I am on PC.
