vivo.vn - How to download rtmpe:// stream with rtmpdump

I have read guide use param in RTMP Dump to Verification stream. But i can't get stream in _http://vivo.vn/. Any body can help get it and how to find rtmpe stream address + param if need. Command line to get stream vivo.vn with RTMPdump?

GetFLV is software woking in vivo.vn but it very erratic.
