Viewing video remotely not working


I have a Prodigy DVR system at my business and I have been regularly viewing my business remotely from my home laptop. The connection has stopped all of a sudden. The DVR is connected to a router as are other computers and some other machines. All the networking except the one with the DVR is working fine. The remote PC's IP address(at home) is the same as my business computer but when I try to view remotely I get a "Timed Out" message. Need help!
