Both web-sites don't seem to have their own video streams. They just add embedded players from web-sites like Justin.TV. You can do the same.

If you don't know how to do it yourself, you can either learn or outsource your project via a freelance marketplace. There are lots of highly skilled IT professionals from the U.S., Canada, India, Russia,.... that can create a web-site for you.
