Using rtmpdump,FMS has log like "unexpected bw response from client "

When using rtmpdump to get rtmp video, the FMS server side (FMS 3.5)
always has this log:
Invalid command message data: unexpected bw response from client 0xXXXXXXXX
How rtmpdump make the correct bw response?
