How To Use VAC On server 2003 Or 2008 ??

hi guys

im searching for almost 3 month about this problem and i have not found any solution for it yet
there is no any clear answer

my problem is using VAC (Virtual audio cable) On server 2003 Or server 2008

after installation VAC, there is no any Line 1 or any audio for speaker and record tab .

i made a video for u to show u my problem please watch it and please help me.
its not a spam i swear
