unsupported audio codec

why that link below does not play into live media player?
I am getting :"unsupported audio codec"

rtmp://50.23.65.17:443/liverepeaterplaypath=stream31 swfUrl=http://static.surk.tv/player.swf pageUrl=http://cdn.kingofplayers.com/stream31.html

What to change to make it work?

speex (www.speex.org) is the codec used in this stream. Players like VLC, mplayer or ffplay play it without any problem. For others you need a plugin or the DirectShow Filter.
