Unlocking A Downloaded Segment by Encryption Key

Hello Friends,

Hope all of you are doing fine, I wanted to ask a method to unlock a downloaded segment of video, (say like Hotstar or Voot) and then unlocking it with a .key file.

I am able to retrieve both .m3u8, .key, and the segment... Kindly guide me a proper method to unlock the segment! I can download the videos through livestreamer but its a pain when only segments of downloaded videos are required!

I do have same request i do have the full .ts file & key how can we decrypt the ts file with the key ?
