unable to download from gregplitt.com

Trying to download the intro video on _www.gregplitt.com aswell as some of the videos in the members section. I tried a lot of addons/programs but nothing has worked so far, tried reading up on RTMPdump but I'm just getting more confused.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

try use jaksta,tubedigger,getflv,streamtransport
