how to type ie at home to see VCR at office

Somebody please help. I have successful set up the CCTV vcr at office with static IP address. At office we hv ADSL and we were give statitc IP address, and we have a network. I can succesfull see the CCTV in the office netwrok by typing the IP address. For example, the server at Office is 192.168.0.111 and CCTV VCR is 192.168.0.222. And I can type at any of office PC 192.168.0.222 in the internet explorer (IE) and I can see the CCTV. But as the ADSL inetrnet connection our whole office pass through the server 192.168.0.111 by ADSL modem. And we were given static IP address by our ISP to connect the Internet. For example 10.246.0.999.

And at home i connect to the internet by ADSL modem which has static IP address given by ISP, for e.g. 10.246.0.888.

As mentioned above, at office network I can suuceesfull see the CCTV by entering the IP address of the CCTV. But if I am from home (Which is different local netwrok), which IP address should I type to see CCTV from home.


From my desk at office (Same Local Network) I type 192.168.0.222(IP address of CCTV) it is OK.
But from my home (which is in different Local network) I can not type 192.168.0.222 from home? So, What should I type?
