TVU Player problems

I've downloaded TVU player but it doesn't work good, and I can't watch ESPN or MLB TV, for example, and I have most problems to watch normally a program. Could anybody here give me a good source to download TVU player, or things to do to make the performances better.

As for the channels, their list changes from time to time.

Make sure you open the ports TVUPlayer uses... also remember that you must have a connection faster then 512kbps to recieve best performance remembering that it's about peoples "upload" and your upload... so if u dont upload much the program wont give you the best performance... It's just how P2P tv works.. its about the upload of things. so if the host has a low upload then everyone else connected is gonna recieve heaps of buffering.
