tvisio.tv - How to play it liveHello I found this website with some channels. When I open it with rtmpdump, it counts until at least 45 seconds then it opens VLC which closes after 55 seconds.
IS there any chance to play it without interrupting? Quote:

Re: tvisio.tv - How to play it liveThey are not using any special tricks. their server drops connection every 2-3 minutes, may be intentionally or server misconfiguration. even there web player needs to reconnect. you can verify this behavior with wireshark. you need to restart rtmpdump to reconnect to the stream.
also you probably set the the buffer size for vlc too large. for me all streams starts playing almost instantly. |

Re: tvisio.tv - How to play it liveWhere do you put buffer size in VLC? I only know about HTTP caching and it's 1000 ms.
How do you succeed to play it instantly in rtmpdump? So I guess there's no chance to play it without interrupting on VLC. |

Re: tvisio.tv - How to play it liveIt depends on your internet connection speed!!
I have tried on 1MB internet speed and I could rip 1Min 35sec!! exactly KSV is right, cause during 2 mins you can't download more than 7MB ~ 1min 35sec video (if you rip 7MB of this stream, you will see your video has 1min 35sec duration), with 1MB internet connection speed!!! Try StreamTransport!! It gives much better result in compare rtmpdump!! |
