I tried it to download the video from the first post, and it uses simple RTMP protocol, so try to get them through a RTMP stream downloader, like the free, StreamTransport.

You can download this RTMP stream with freeware StreamTransport, CooJah + Blader, shareware Replay Media Catcher,...

And you can capture this stream in real time while you watch it using freware CooJah (without Blader), Orbit Grab Pro, shareware Replay Media Catcher 4.
