ts stream only play 20 seconds

I have a url link , using vlc to play , but just only less than 20 seconds.
Then I need to press <play> button , wait few moments and the playback can continue... and again.. just approx 20 sec., stops again...

Did anyone have any idea how to watch / record this ?
