Trying to load a book from amazon (kindle fire) and I get this message

Error: No key found. Please report this failure for help.... /Users/meg/Downloads/Bared-to-You-A-Crossfire-Novel.azw3

What do I do to get these books to load on Calibre? So far the only success I have had with is is downloading epub books.
