Trouble with audio

Hello,

I am pretty new to this whole stream capturing world but seem to be catching on quickly.

I have a site that streams person to person live chat. I can successfully capture the video but I am having a problem where there is never any audio on the recordings. The feed has audio, but the recording does not.

Any ideas?

Also, is there a way to have a recording pick up again if the stream is interrupted? As it is now, the stream is interrupted and the command says "Download Complete" and that is it. I'd love it if I could have it try to reacquire the stream.

Probably asking too much.
