Streaming radio and music download/capture/rip/save applications for iPad,iPhone,iPod

I'm looking for streaming radio and music download/capture/rip/save applications for Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch. Are there any such applications for iPhone OS (iOS)?

I'm particularly interested in software that allows to download/capture/rip/save HTTP and RTMP flash video and MP3 streams and convert them to .M4A and bookmarkable .M4B audio files compatible with my iPhone and iPod.
