Streaming an online event (Broadcasting live audio stream)

Hello,

I would like to have a one off online event, where audio will be streamed.

Now the thing is, the person speaking on the mic will not be in the same place as the administrator.

So what can one use to stream audio live?

A free source will be useful too, as long as the link taken is from our own website, but we do not mind if the actual site which lets us broadcast will have their logo on it etc. etc. etc.

I can recommend a solution from the company I work for. It is blinkotv. You can stream video and audio also.
I can show you some of my demos if your project is still on.

I would like to incorporate into my web site live audio coming directly from a live audio, (analog) source. Don't know how to go about it, what streaming software should I use to convert live analog to digital and then make it available on my web site?
Any help would be appreciated,
