Streaming MP4 type file to iPhone (broadcasting MP4 video streams to iPhone)

Hello,
I'm searching around the forum, but not able to find information on stream MP4 type file. I'm looking for way to stream MP4 and able to open it in iphone.

Any suggestion or input is greatly appreciated.

How do you want to stream your files? Over the Internet? Over your wireless network?

You may try TVersity to stream content from your PC to your iPhone.

You can also use software like telekinesis that allows you to stream music and videos from your computer to iPhone.

I'm going to stream over internet. I want to setup a site that will be connected by iphone user. Currently I'm able to do http, but it's slow with multiple connections. I'm looking for a better way something like rtsp, but not sure.

With iPhone OS version 3.0 or later, iPhone is capable of receiving streaming audio and video over HTTP from an ordinary web server. Because the system uses HTTP, it is supported by nearly all edge servers, media distributors, caching systems, routers, and firewalls. Also there are lots of streaming servers that you can use to broadcast content. For example, you can use Wowza Media Server can stream to iPhone and iPod:
